CLIMB THE TOWER

Introduction

The essence of design is an endless process of accumulation. Upon our graduation, we have chosen "Climb the Tower" as our theme to symbolize the mental and physical state of a designer during the creative process. This is not merely a physical ascent toward social status or professional achievement, but an inward journey of self-dialectic. Every line drawn and every block of color stacked represents a coordinate sought amidst countless cycles of negation and affirmation to connect with the world.
The key visual centers on a geometric dynamic of "upward convergence." The expansion at the base symbolizes the breadth and diversity of design disciplines. As it ascends, the lines gradually tighten and converge, representing our effort to refine a unique design perspective from the chaotic flow of information. The upward-surging creamy white lines endow the tower with a sense of light yet steadfast strength. The interlocking vibrant orange, red, and steady deep blue blocks signify the passion and conflict inherent in creation; these irregular shapes fit together during the ascent, ultimately forming the solid entity of the tower.
As our motto suggests: "Stacked in the invisible, see yourself at a high place." For us, the Young Designers' Exhibition is more than a display of works; it is a milestone summit. Behind every finished piece lies countless "invisible stacks"—discarded drafts, late-night contemplations, and an unyielding persistence for aesthetics.
We climb the tower to see further, and seeing into the distance helps us decide where to venture next. At this moment, we reach the top and rediscover our evolving selves. We invite you to step into this tower, constructed from lines of passion and reason, and experience the vista through the eyes of a designer.
