四點設計 Contact to Guarding the Coral Seas for cooperation

Using the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium as an example, this interactive experience engages both visual and tactile senses in a fun and engaging way, allowing the public to become aware of the current coral ecosystem crisis. It also provides insights into how coral restoration efforts can be implemented in everyday life.

Guarding the Coral Seas Part One : Transform the damage experienced by corals into human tactile sensations, allowing people to intuitively and directly understand the challenges corals are currently facing. Part Two : Interactive game machines will be set up in the main hall. Through simple quiz-based games, participants can deepen their experience of the flow. The purpose of the experience is to help the public understand and put into practice coral conservation efforts, in order to restore the vibrant and diverse ecosystems of coral reefs.

Nutopia

Department of Industrial Design, National Taipei University of Technology

NUTOPIA is a modular outdoor furniture system inspired by the symbiotic structure of mushrooms, designed with the principles of symbiosis, modularity, and return to nature. It adapts to diverse environments such as forests, grasslands, and campsites, mimicking primitive behaviors of gathering and sharing. Through assembly and interaction, users reconnect with the rhythms of nature and the value of cooperation. More than just furniture, NUTOPIA serves as a new mode of outdoor social engagement—an invitation to slow down and rediscover emotional connections with the land. In an age of accelerating technology, it proposes a design response rooted in sustainability, empathy, and human-nature unity.
