Charm It Up is inspired by Taiwan’s traditional "Fu" culture. In the past, people burned talismans and infused them in water for blessings and protection.

However, over time, this practice was misunderstood and even demonized; talismans, once symbols of good fortune, became taboo. We aim to reinterpret this culture through Taiwan’s most iconic ritual food—instant noodles—bringing back its original meaning of blessings.

We transform talismans into edible rice cakes and combine them with uniquely flavored noodles, launching three blessing noodles: Peace, Wealth, and Love.

Charm It Up offers not just delicious flavors but also a taste of blessings and wishes.

Each package contains a talisman rice cake, a seasoning packet, a soup packet and a lucky charm. -Peace- -Wealth- -Love- Put the talisman rice cake into the instant noodles.

C.C.D.A (Chic Corrugated-metal Design & Application)

Department of Design, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology

C.C.D.A. is a design initiative that seeks to reframe how corrugated metal is understood and used. In Taiwan, this material has become a common yet controversial part of the streetscape—valued for practicality, but rarely for its design potential. This first prototype—a foldable furniture piece for art and commercial spaces—unfolds from a reception desk into a display table. Designed components reduce wear during assembly, making the piece both durable and adaptable. Through C.C.D.A, we aim to shift corrugated metal from a symbol of impermanence to a tool for spatial identity, offering new possibilities for a familiar, often overlooked material.
