Bamboo Joy: Modular Bamboo & Wood Craft Pet Furniture Design

Department of Commercial Design, Hsing Wu University

Using the concept of modular pet furniture, this design utilizes bamboo weaving and woodworking techniques to create single-panel structures. Users can adjust the configuration according to their space needs, assembling them like building blocks to form cat houses, climbing platforms, stairs, and more. While the flexible connections cater to pets' needs, they also invite users to engage in the creative process, exploring spatial possibilities. This approach showcases the playful and experimental spirit of design.
