Firefighters often face extreme heat, toxic gases, and a lack of critical information during chemical fires. Our concept, a Chemical Detection Firefighter Helmet, integrates multispectral sensing technology to detect hazardous substances in real-time. An MR (Mixed Reality) visor intuitively displays disaster information and operational commands. The built-in bone conduction communication system ensures clear communication in high-noise environments. A heart rate monitoring system helps regulate breathing to prevent excessive air cylinder consumption. The helmet features a sealed design to protect against chemical infiltration and includes an adjustable dial for a customized fit. By combining detection, communication, protection, and decision support, this helmet significantly enhances firefighter safety and operational efficiency.
