Start the first cycle of intergenerational warmth!
BAND∞R brings the spirit of “Bando” (Taiwanese communal banquets) into a cross-generational, gamified social app. ‘
Band’ symbolizes social interaction, while ‘Door’ represents stepping out. The ‘∞’ symbol reflects infinite connections and cyclical interactions. The parrot, known for its strong social nature, is featured in the logo, warmly spreading its wings.
“Rejecting Gen Z’s digital coldness and bridging Gen X’s digital gap,” the design connects both generations through dining, integrating online and offline experiences to create a cycle of warmth.
(Gen X spreads human connection + Gen Z drives digitalization) × in-person dining interaction = a positive cycle of warmth.
At its core, this design preserves the culture of social warmth. Gen X’s hospitality guides digital-native Gen Z, while younger users help older generations embrace technology, fostering meaningful intergenerational exchange.
